The cost of a virtual office in Houston is not fixed. Depending on the location and the state of the building, you will be charged a different amount. Typically, locations near Downtown Houston and Southside Place command higher prices.

Compared to these, the locations on North Freeway, Savoy Drive, and Westheimer Road are less expensive. We suggest that you scout the locations we offer or talk to one of our representatives to find a location that suits your budget and needs.

Which Houston Virtual Office address services do I need?

Our basic virtual office service includes a general purpose business address for small startups, LLP owners, and solo tradesmen. They can use the address to print on business cards and other marketing material.

For company directors and owners, we offer a Business Use Address that can be used to represent the company’s official location during the registering phase. The same address can also be used to redirect statuary documents and other business-related mail instead of receiving it at home.

Q:

Can I use your Houston addresses to hold meetings?

Locations we have chosen in Houston all allow our clients to hold meetings. You can book a room at any of the location on a full-day, half-day, and an hourly basis. It will come with basic facilities including a TV screen, a projector, and an internet connection.

You can also request additional amenities, such as refreshments and coffee or tea as per your needs.

The cost of a booking depends on how long you need the room for and the location you choose. Bookings made for over 2 hours are eligible for a discount but not across all locations.

Q:

Will I be able to come in and work at the address, even though I am a Virtual Office client?

Whether you’re in Houston for a day or a long work week, you can come in and catch up with your work at the address. However, the space you will be given depends on the location of the address and the state of the building.

Furthermore, the charges will vary based on these differences as well. But typically, you can expect to pay something between $100 and $300.
