Currently, our addresses are located on Regatta Drive near Sun City, S. Easter Ave, S. Rainbow Ave, S. Eastern Ave, and St Rose Parkway.

They are dispersed within the city but offer well-situated addresses near commercial areas. Also, they are not too far from the center of activity of the Las Vegas Strip for after work relaxation.

Which location in Las Vegas should I choose for my business?

Las Vegas might be known as a party city, but it is actually home to many businesses other than the ones involved directly in entertainment.

Locations on St Rose Parkway can be suitable for law offices as they are further from the main Strip, making the environment more suitable. Not far from there, locations on South Eastern Avenue and S. Rainbow Blvd can be suitable for LLP owners as well.

How much should a Virtual Office in Las Vegas cost?

The cost of living within a city or state is what determines how much a virtual office will cost. For instance, the closer you are to the center of business or a luxurious neighborhood, the higher prices are commanded per square foot.

However, this is subject to change based on the state of the building. For instance, an office in a basic building in a high-profile neighborhood e.g. on the Las Vegas Strip will cost less than a high-end building in a less expensive neighborhood such as St Rose Parkway in Silverado.

Which Las Vegas Virtual Office address services do I need?

The address you need depends on what you use it for. For instance, if you own an LLP or a private company, are a solo tradesman or entrepreneur, a general purpose address will suit your needs. It will provide you with an official address to print on business cards and other marketing materials.

For directors and company owners, a Business Use Address is sufficient. They can use the address to represent an official location of the business while registering it. The same address can also be used to redirect important business mail like statuary documents instead of being bombarded with them at home.

Can I use your Las Vegas addresses to hold meetings?

All Las Vegas locations we offer include spaces where you can hold meetings. Each room comes with basic facilities, including an internet connection, a TV screen, and a projector for your presentation needs. You can also request additions, such as refreshments and tea or coffee.

The bookings can be made on a full-day, half-day or an hourly basis. The cost will depend on the schedule and location you choose. We do offer discounts on booking made for over 2 hours, but they are not offered across all locations within Las Vegas.

Q:

Will I be able to come in and work at the address, even though I am a Virtual Office client?

You will be able to get a workspace at any of the addresses in Las Vegas and work there if you’re a virtual office client. However, the space you will get will depend on which location you choose and the state of the building the office is located in.

As for the charges, you will typically have to pay somewhere between $100 and $300. However, this can change based on the location and building as well.
